Well I'm back and before I make a sketch dump of all my Inktober stuff I thought I'd tool around with some more anime stuff. This is kind of an homage to a lot of American comic books but in an anime style. It's of some super hero alter egos for my main Versus Mode characters Chi and Ken.

I'm still tooling around with the costumes and kind of came up with them on the fly. The main guy in the center is kind of an homage to Nightwing and Hawkeye (Thus the name duh!) with some anime influences thrown in while the latter is a combo of Ironman and Green lantern. The premise is that they were originally some sort of merc-types who stumbled upon some magic artifacts which gave them super powers which allow them to manipulate energy and matter. They're only minor characters so I probably won't get around to fleshing them out too much but I'm trying to connect the lore with some other stuff I'm working on so we'll see how it goes.
